Andrew’s clients include private insurers (including medical indemnity insurers), the Commonwealth Government, and the ACT Government. Andrew is also an expert in migration law and assists businesses and individuals with Australian visa applications.

- General insurers Acting in respect of personal injury, property damage, product liability and medical negligence claims in the Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales courts. These claims typically involve allegations of negligence, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty.
- ACT Government, Commonwealth government departments and agencies, and licensed self-insurers Acting in respect of claims made under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act). Andrew manages litigation in the Administrative Review Tribunal and the Federal Court. Andrew specialises in claims of serious psychological injury, aggravation of pre-existing degenerative conditions, and claims that involve complex medical, causation and employment issues.
- Department of Finance (Comcover) Acting in respect of a broad range of claims, including personal injury, property damage claims, unlawful arrest and detention, and commercial disputes in the Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales courts. Andrew also assists the Department manage its Cornwell-type superannuation claim liabilities.
- Medical professionals Acting in respect of complaints made under the National Health Law and investigated by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
