Alexandra specialises in Commonwealth and Queensland personal injury and workers’ compensation litigation, including claims under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988, Personal Injuries Proceedings Act 2002, Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994 and Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003.

Alexandra assists self-insured licensees, government bodies and insurers across a variety of industries, providing strategic advice on management of pre-litigated and litigated matters. Alexandra has extensive experience engaging in Court and Tribunal proceedings as well as alternative dispute resolution.

Alexandra previously worked for the Treasury Solicitor in the United Kingdom, specialising in personal injury, workers’ compensation, medical negligence and coronial inquests for the Ministry of Defence. She was also appointed as the Deputy Solicitor to the Brook House Inquiry.
